Golden Brigade members walked in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk this past Saturday, October 30th along side Ms. Lucas, HS Assistant Principal.

The TMHS Cherokee Cross Country Team competed in the McNeil Invitational in Round Rock, TX.  The girls ran this race in memory of Coach Alex Richards.  Each runner had a sticker for Coach Richards on their number.  The team came in 3rd. place overall.  Congratulations!

FCCLA collected over 300 coloring books, word search books, colors, markers, pens & pencils for the residents at Windsor Nursing Home.


TMHS Students go to Washington DC during September Intersession.



TMHS ROTC picked up 250# of trash during the fall beach clean up at North Beach.  Good job!

After a LONG day of qualification matches, alliance selections and dead batteries, on Saturday, November 6, we have a qualifying team! 

Seniors (left to right) Ayrika Garcia, Mia Rodriguez, and Ale Caseres have won the VEX Robotics Design Award!  


Monday 11.1.21, TMHS UIL Speech & Debate competed in UIL Congress and we are sending 4 members of our team to compete in Austin in the Capitol Building for UIL STATE!! Congratulations to everyone for placing!

The TMHS Cherokee Volleyball team played Robstown Tuesday, November 9 and won the Regional Quarter Final game.  The Cherokees will advance to the Regional Tournament in San Antonio to play Wimberley at the Blossom Center on 11.12.21.  Congratulations Ladies!  

Kamryn Salinas signed with Vernon College to play softball on November 10th. Congratulations!!

The FCCLA students traveled to the Mother Theresa Shelter to volunteer. The students were able to help prepare a meal and serve the clients, organize  the pantry, assisted the office staff with filing and sorted the clothes closet in preparation for the cold front.  The Students had an awesome experience!  Great job!!

The TM High School RexGames consists of two branches, a gaming club and a competitive branch.  During the fall season of the Esports, the students earned the honor of attending an exclusive event in Long Beach, California in February 2022. Coach: Stephanie Ochoa; Team Members: Dallas Rivas, Romeo Hanson, Jose Alonzo, jr. & Stephen Sims.
